Creatives Birds Class #4, Cha, Cha Chalaca

Creative Birds: Whimsy, Words, and Wonders, Drawing and Painting Class for Kids ages 5 to 12

This summer, kids ages 5 to 12 will create charming bird artwork inspired by real birds and infused with whimsical elements, like hats, purses, and batons—just like the playful characters from Beatrix Potter's beloved illustrations. Over the course of 10 weeks, students will design their own birds, bringing them to life with vibrant colors, fun patterns, and meaningful words or quotes.

Each week, students will explore different birds through drawing, painting, and collage, while learning how to incorporate whimsical touches and creative phrases into their artwork. This class will spark their creativity, helping them develop both artistic skills and storytelling abilities. By the end of the summer, students will have a delightful collection of bird-themed artworks that are full of personality, fun, and inspiration!
