Hallow Art Day, Painting and Storytelling at Hinovations

"Hallow Art Day" painting class for Kids ages 8 to 12

Hinovations Art Gallery celebrates Spooky Tales and Leyendas with Hallow Art Day.  The event begins with Storytelling or "Leyendas".  Ms Raquel Hinojosa will relate an adapted story of La Llorona, which she calls "La Noche de la Llorona".  Next, students will paint a dark and colorful painting on canvas, of a Raven bird, inspired by Edgar Allan Poe's "The Raven", just in time for Halloween.   We will finish the evening with a reading of the poem, "The Raven".  Students are encouraged to wear their Halloween costumes and be ready for a Festive time.

• 7:10 to 7:30pm The Reading of the Raven
