Rivers of the World Painting Camps for Kids ages 6 to 12

All materials are provided, plus a light snack

Week #1, The Nile River

Students will become familiar and learn about “Rivers” and their diversity, the eco-system, their culture and other characteristics that make that zone special. Students will explore their creative side by using different media, like oil pastels, dry pastels, watercolorsor tempera paints, as they Draw and Paint on paper. They will create original works of art related to Ten Rivers we have chosen for the Summer of 2022.

Students will create Egyptian Art as they learn about the Nile River. They will create paintings of Steamboats and endangered animal species as they learn about the Rio Grande or Big River. They will work on Animals paintings as found along the Congo. This Summer is about Adventures or ARTventures about Rivers of the World at Hinovations Art Gallery.
