Six Weeks in Watercolors: Abstract Leaves and Botanicals
Class Meets on Thursdays from 530pm to 730pm from June 5, 12, 19, 26, 3, 10
Tuition is $35 Drop In for Session June 12th
This immersive six-week course invites adult learners to explore watercolor painting through the gentle, expressive subject of leaves and botanical forms. Designed for beginners to intermediate artists, each session focuses on building technical watercolor skills—from brush control and color blending to glazing, layering, and composition—while encouraging personal expression and creative growth.
Students will work within a single theme to deepen mastery of the medium, discovering how to use water, pigment, and pressure to develop their own artistic voice.
Each class includes a warm-up exercise, instructor demonstration, and guided project. By the end of the course, participants will complete a cohesive botanical painting that reflects their progress and style.
